Can items be dropshiped?

Yes all items can be dropshiped with next day delivery and a 2-3 day delivery on larger items. Outside of main land England please call for quote.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order but to benefit for free delivery order must be £400 for most regions.

Can I combine animals and birds on the same order?

Yes you can with our sister company Sky Birds Sales the largest animal supplier in the country. You can combine animals and cages with one order. Animals are delivered though our own vehicle please call for times and rates.

What if I am unhappy with any of my products?

In the unlikely event that you're not happy with any of your purchases please contact Sky Pet Products immediately. Please note that Sky Pets Products cannot be liable for damages caused after receipt of delivery.

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

If your required item is out of stock you can back order which means it will be despatched as soon as we have it back in stock. Please call for availability and due date.

Do you supply to the general public?

No, we are a wholesaler, but please contact us with your address and we will advise you as to where your nearest stockist is.
